Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

All ammunition and gunpowder sales are final.

All products purchased through special order are final.

Returns

Except for ammunition and gunpowder, returns and exchanges are approved of on a case-by-case basis within 30 days from carrier confirmed delivery. Please contact us at Hayleysgunsandammo@outlook.com to initiate your return or exchange.

Upon approval, please mail your product(s) to the following address:

Any eligible returns and exchanges must be returned in its original packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed upon by Hayley’s Guns and Ammo. Once the 30-day return and exchange window has passed, you will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

A restocking fee up to 20% may apply to returns and exchanges. All returns and exchanges will be subject to inspection upon receipt by Hayley’s Guns and Ammo. Hayley’s Guns and Ammo will only accept returns and exchanges on products that are unused, undamaged, and unopened. Any products deemed damaged or inoperable due to the improper handling or use by a customer will not be accepted for a return or exchange.  

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all products sold are new and under warranty from the manufacturer. Should any items be defective, Hayley’s Guns and Ammo will provide a shipping label at no charge to return the defective item(s) and will give you a full refund, including shipping costs, if returned within 30 days from carrier confirmed delivery. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your return item. If your return is approved, all refunds, minus any applicable shipping and handling fees, will be credited to the customer’s account (credit card/original method of payment) that was used at the time of purchase.  To receive a refund, the product(s) must be received within 30 days from carrier confirmed delivery.
